Tips can route-in from an officer already checking plates or a call-in via 311 from a citizen, triggering the start of the Abandoned Vehicle Inspection (AVI) process. From there, our Vehicle Impound (VIP) product interface is leveraged for setting up a tow to an impound facility step.
