MEET THE GTECHNA TEAM
Vice-President of gtechna since 2010, Michel Guay has worked in hi-Tech Information Technology industry for more than 25 years. His first 20 years of experience include large companies such as Westinghouse, Lockheed Martin and Harris. Mr. Guay has also resided as President and CEO of two smaller businesses, Wavesat and RadioIP, where he was responsible for strategic positioning and growth. Michel’s leadership and knowledge of the industry will enable gtechna to improve the positioning and marketing of its products and to bring the company to new heights. Michel holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the ETS, Université du Québec and an MBA from Concordia University. He is also a member of the board of directors of three organizations which recognize companies for excellence in the areas of information technology and innovation; Techno Montreal ADRIQ and Prompt.
Co-founder and chief technology officer at gtechna, Sergio Mastronardi has been developing mobile applications since 1992 and is recognized has an expert in his field. Sergio has more than 20 years of experience in software development. His work experiences include consulting, software architecture and implementation. At gtechna, he oversees software development and all mobile solutions. Sergio worked in numerous companies including Sûrete du Quebec, Service de Police de Montreal, Public Works Department of Washington DC, Hydro Quebec, General Trust and Montreal trust where he was recognized for his leadership and management skills. Mr. Mastronardi holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from McGill University.
Is an Electronics and Instrumentation Technologies expert with more than 30 years of experience working for companies like Telco’s, Cellular providers and for a big part software companies like Computer Aided Dispatch, Outage Management, VPN, and now e-citation. Mike’s success can be tied to bridging the gap between technology and specific business needs. He has proven track record in building strong customer and business relationships that generate revenue and stimulate long-term company growth and stability. A team leader with practical experience in a variety of high technology business ventures, across a number of discrete verticals that span a global market.
Martin has a Bachelor’s in History and is a multidisciplinary manager with more than 20 years of experience in several fields. Throughout his professional journey while at Air Canada, Logibec Groupe Informatique and ACCEO Solutions, Martin has developed an expertise in Project Management, Operational and Team Planning as well as, most importantly, Client Management.Whether in airport industry or Quebec health administration Martin has developed strong sensibility when it comes to building customer satisfaction. In the last 3 years, Martin oversaw the development, implementation and support a financial software suite for municipalities at ACCEO. Martin’s firm leadership has been demonstrated through the effective management of his teams, clients and projects.
